Pay: $28–$40 per hour, depending on experience and facility requirements. Overtime available on qualifying assignments.

Role Overview

TRIFECTA is hiring Industrial Electricians (Maintenance / Facilities) to support ongoing electrical reliability in mission-critical facilities.

This role is focused on maintenance, troubleshooting, and uptime—not large construction installs. You will be responsible for keeping systems running, identifying issues early, and responding decisively when equipment goes down.

This role is for electricians who:

• Take ownership of facility reliability
• Troubleshoot methodically under pressure
• Value safety, consistency, and clean execution

What You Will Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical systems
• Troubleshoot electrical failures impacting production or operations
• Maintain and repair 480V and below systems (higher voltage exposure a plus)
• Work with MCCs, panels, motors, VFDs, and control circuits
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, one-lines, and prints
• Respond to equipment downtime and electrical faults
• Follow strict LOTO, safety, and facility protocols
• Document work performed and recurring issues

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• 3+ years industrial electrical maintenance experience
• Experience in manufacturing, facilities, utilities, or automation environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills (not just installations)
• Ability to work independently during assigned shifts
• Solid safety discipline and jobsite awareness
• Ability to pass background checks and site requirements

(Not Required)

• Journeyman license (where applicable)
• Motor controls, VFD, or PLC troubleshooting exposure
• CMMS or maintenance tracking system experience
• Experience in high-reliability or continuous-operation facilities

What This Role Is Not

• ❌ Not primarily construction installs
• ❌ Not “wait for something to break” work
