Arizona + Regional Deployments
Full-Time

Pay: $33–$45 per hour, depending on experience and deployment requirements. Overtime and per diem available on qualifying projects.

Role Overview

TRIFECTA is hiring Journeyman Industrial Electricians for mission-critical work where precision, safety, and independent judgment matter.

This role is for electricians who:

  • Can read prints and execute without hand-holding
  • Understand consequences, not just tasks
  • Take responsibility for the work and the outcome

You will be deployed to industrial facilities where uptime matters and mistakes are costly.

 

What You Will Do

  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial electrical systems
  • Work confidently on 480V systems and above
  • Install and service MCCs, switchgear, panels, transformers
  • Perform terminations, testing, and verification to spec
  • Read and interpret one-lines, schematics, and prints
  • Troubleshoot electrical and control issues under real operating conditions
  • Follow strict LOTO, safety, and site protocols
  • Execute clean, professional work in live environments

 

Journeyman Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Journeyman-level industrial electrical experience
  • Minimum 5+ years industrial electrical experience
  • Proven experience in manufacturing, utilities, energy, or heavy industrial environments
  • Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions
  • Strong safety discipline and jobsite awareness
  • Ability to pass background checks and site requirements

 

(Not Required)

  • State Journeyman license (where applicable)
  • Controls, PLC, or automation exposure
  • Experience in data centers, utilities, substations, or high-reliability facilities
  • Willingness to travel for deployments

 

What This Role Is Not

  • ❌ Not residential
  • ❌ Not apprentice-level
  • ❌ Not maintenance-only
  • ❌ Not “wait to be told what to do” work

This role is for electricians who own their scope and execution.
