Are you looking to join a well-established, respected Manufacturers Representative firm serving the energy, power equipment, and data center industries? We are seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Barrington, IL.

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Support Representative, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our outside sales team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the success of our manufacturer partners. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, technical industry with strong long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide sales and administrative support to the outside sales team and management.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and follow up on orders.
• Collaborate with manufacturer partners to manage product information, pricing, and lead times.
• Maintain CRM and sales records with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of inside sales or sales support experience (preferably in industrial, electrical, or energy-related markets).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
