Interim MEP Quantity Surveyor\n Contract / Interim Assignment\n Data Centre Projects\n  \n An established and fast-growing construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Interim MEP Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of major data centre projects.\n This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing commercial team working on technically complex, fast-track DC developments.\n The Role\n You will be responsible for the commercial management of MEP packages across large-scale data centre schemes, working closely with project delivery teams, contractors, and client stakeholders.\n Key responsibilities include:\n \nCost planning and commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages \nProcurement support and contract administration \nValuations, variations, and change management \nCost reporting and forecasting \nManaging subcontractor accounts from tender through to final account \nSupporting risk and value engineering processes About You\n \nProven experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor within mission-critical or data centre environments \nStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems within large-scale construction projects \nExperience working on fast-track builds \nCommercially astute with strong contract knowledge (NEC and/or JCT ) \nAble to work independently in an interim capacity while integrating effectively into a wider project team The Opportunity\n \nImmediate start available \nHigh-profile data centre projects \nCompetitive day rate \nOpportunity to work with an experienced team in a growing market sector If you are an experienced MEP QS with data centre exposure and available for an interim assignment, please get in touch to discuss further
