Job Description

This role offers the chance to work on complex data centre projects contributing to full MEP coordination, BIM modelling and technical delivery within a collaborative design environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProducing and coordinating Revit MEP models across data centre projects\nSupporting BIM coordination and clash detection processes\nDelivering coordinated models across RIBA Stages 3-5\nCollaborating with mechanical, electrical and multidisciplinary teams\nProducing detailed technical drawings and coordinated design outputs\nEnsuring BIM models meet project standards and delivery requirements\nSupporting resolution of design and coordination issues\nContributing to efficient BIM workflows and project deliveryKey Requirements\n\nProven experience working as a Revit MEP Coordinator or BIM Coordinator\nStrong proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks.\nExperience within building services / MEP projects\nStrong understanding of BIM coordination and workflows\nExperience in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination\nGood communication and teamwork skillsWhat's On Offer\n\n£45,000 - £60,000 salary\nHybrid working in London\nOpportunity to work on MEP and BIM-led projects\nCollaborative and technically focused environment\nStrong opportunities for career development and progression
