REVIT MEP COORDINATOR

This role offers the chance to work on complex data centre projects contributing to full MEP coordination, BIM modelling and technical delivery within a collaborative design environment.

Key Responsibilities

Producing and coordinating Revit MEP models across data centre projects
Supporting BIM coordination and clash detection processes
Delivering coordinated models across RIBA Stages 3-5
Collaborating with mechanical, electrical and multidisciplinary teams
Producing detailed technical drawings and coordinated design outputs
Ensuring BIM models meet project standards and delivery requirements
Supporting resolution of design and coordination issues
Contributing to efficient BIM workflows and project deliveryKey Requirements

Proven experience working as a Revit MEP Coordinator or BIM Coordinator
Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
Experience within building services / MEP projects
Strong understanding of BIM coordination and workflows
Experience in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
