About the role

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Investor Relations Coordinator to support the VP of Investor Relations and executive leadership team. This role serves as a key liaison between the company and its investor community, managing CRM data, coordinating investor events, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have finance or investor relations experience with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for IR team and executives
  • Manage third-party CRM application including data entry and report
  • Plan and execute investor events including quarterly updates, conferences, and roadshows
  • Assist in preparing presentations for executive leadership and board meetings
  • Serve as first point of contact for current and prospective investors
  • Draft, proofread, and edit investor communications and documents
  • Organize cross-functional meetings and coordinate with various Credo teams
  • Handle confidential financial information with discretion

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years administrative experience in finance, investor relations, or communications
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
