POSITION SUMMARY

Today’s Services is a non-profit organization affiliated with The Inter-Faith Group (IFG), which is an alliance of seven independently operated non-profits that share a collective mission to create quality affordable housing and support services to families. We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented IT & Data Systems Coordinator to manage the organization’s digital infrastructure, technology assets, and data systems. This role serves as the bridge between operations, data management, and IT services, ensuring that staff and systems have the tools and support they need to operate efficiently and securely. The ideal candidate is a self-reliant problem solver who enjoys variety in their work, from data reporting and system troubleshooting to managing technology assets and vendor relationships. This person thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where reliability, accuracy, and initiative are valued. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

IT Operations & Systems Management

• Procure, configure, and manage all corporate hardware (computers, laptops, tablets, etc.) and software.

• Optimize company-wide hardware, software, and digital security to ensure smooth and secure operations.

• Maintain and track all software licenses, digital subscriptions, and memberships.

• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting to staff during business hours.

• Evaluate, recommend, and implement improvements for systems such as phone lines, internet service, cloud storage, and shared drives.

• Manage relationships with third-party IT vendors, ensuring timely resolution of issues and project completion.

• Order, store, and secure software and hardware inventory for company use.

Staff Technology Support

• Coordinate and complete all IT and digital onboarding for new hires (accounts, devices, permissions, etc.).

• Coordinate and complete IT and digital offboarding for exiting personnel to ensure data security.

• Create and maintain IT documentation for system access, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Data Systems & Reporting

• Prepare and submit monthly invoices to PRS accounting for DEC services.

• Pull and maintain detailed monthly reports for clients and other stakeholders upon request.

• Troubleshoot issues with CRM/Pulse data reports and entry systems.

• Improve and maintain digital forms, calendars, and reporting templates to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Manage high volumes of data-related work while ensuring deadlines and data integrity are met.

Leadership & Coordination

• Assign and distribute property workloads based on staffing changes.

• Interview, hire, and train new Data Entry Clerks or other IT/data support roles.

• Collaborate cross-departmentally to align IT and data practices with organizational needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

• Associate degree () or 2-5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, data management, and cloud platforms.

• Experience with IT procurement, vendor management, and software licensing.

• Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

• Experience in a non-profit or service-oriented organization is a plus.
