Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead technology workstreams for a large-scale infrastructure modernization initiative involving enterprise systems deployment, integration, and operational readiness within a secure environment.

This role requires strong on-site leadership, cross-functional coordination, and oversight of multiple vendors, contractors, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex technology systems aligned with overall project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

  • Lead all IT-related workstreams supporting a major infrastructure modernization program

  • Develop and manage integrated project schedules, implementation plans, and delivery milestones

  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation items across multiple teams and vendors

  • Ensure alignment between technology deployment activities and overall program timelines

Systems Integration & Technology Oversight

  • Provide oversight for deployment and integration of enterprise technology systems, including:
  • Enterprise network infrastructure and connectivity

  • Structured cabling and data communications systems

  • Video surveillance and video management systems

  • Electronic access control systems

  • Operational technology and monitoring platforms

  • Data center and communications infrastructure

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, construction teams, contractors, and technology vendors

  • Manage installation schedules and integration activities within active project environments

  • Support testing, commissioning, and operational handoff of technology systems

  • Facilitate communication across technical and business stakeholders

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain and deliver key project documentation including:
  • Program schedules

  • RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)

  • Implementation plans

  • Integration documentation

  • Executive status reports

  • System commissioning plans

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in IT program management, systems integration, or enterprise technology delivery

  • Experience supporting large infrastructure, facility modernization, or enterprise deployment programs

  • Proven success managing multi-vendor technical environments

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, security systems, and infrastructure technologies

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

  • Experience working in secure or highly regulated environments

  • Background supporting technology deployments tied to construction or infrastructure projects

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification

  • Experience coordinating with engineering and construction teams
