Job Position: Journeyman Electrician

Location: College Park, GA 30349

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $40.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

We are currently seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial and industrial electrical work, including data center environments. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring all work is completed safely and up to code.

Description:
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute installations
• Run and bend conduit; pull and install wire and cable
• Install overhead conduit using ladders and lifts as needed
• Perform work in data center environments, following all site-specific protocols
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure systems are functioning properly
• Ensure all work complies with Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4+ years of electrical experience in commercial and industrial environments
• Obtain OSHA 10
• Proven experience working in data centers
• Strong knowledge of conduit installation and wire/cable routing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Familiarity with NEC and OSHA
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment
• Capable of bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working overhead
• Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions
