We are seeking an experienced Journeyman HVAC Technician to support commercial and industrial service operations in the Denver market. This role is focused on maintaining and servicing complex mechanical systems across environments such as data centers, healthcare facilities, advanced manufacturing, and large commercial buildings.
The Journeyman HVAC Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining critical HVAC and mechanical systems to ensure reliability, efficiency, and uptime in high-performance environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems without supervision
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections on critical equipment
- Service equipment including:

- Large RTUs and package units (50+ tons)
- Boilers, heat exchangers, and hydronic systems
- Chillers and chilled water systems
- Control valves, actuators, and mechanical components
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and building automation/control systems
- Support system uptime in mission-critical environments such as data centers and healthcare facilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local codes, safety standards, and client requirements
- Communicate effectively with customers, project teams, and internal leadership
- Mentor junior technicians and support field development when needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification required
- Strong experience with complex mechanical systems and controls
- Ability to independently diagnose issues and execute repairs in the field
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Qualifications
- Experience working in mission-critical environments (data centers, semiconductor, healthcare)
- Familiarity with building automation systems and controls
- Experience with chiller maintenance, retrofits, or large-scale mechanical systems
- Background supporting high-tech or regulated facilities
