Job Summary
As a Journeyman Plumber, you'll be a key member of our Construction team. Your role will involve plumbing installations, assembly of plumbing, piping, and drainage systems, fixture installs, and all phases of construction from rough-ins to top-outs for private commercial jobs, schools, city, and federal projects.
This position is perfect for a skilled plumber who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do

Read blueprints and drawings to plan plumbing layouts, waste disposal, med-gas, and water supply systems.

Cut, assemble, and install piping and tubing in walls and floors while accounting for existing infrastructure.

Ensure construction, safety, and traffic permits are ordered and posted before work begins.

Install and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and urinals.

Cut and solder copper, braze, and thread pipe using plumbing tools and torches.

Install new and maintain existing domestic water supply systems.

Locate and repair issues with water supply and sanitary system lines/piping.

Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, and faucets.

Install and maintain gas and liquid systems, waste disposal, and sanitary systems.

Work with large piping systems including stormwater systems.

Provide leadership and training to assigned Plumbing Apprentices.
What We're Looking For
-
Valid Journeyman Plumber license in the state of Texas.
-
Current driver's license.
-
2+ years of experience on commercial construction projects (schools, hospitals, high rises, data centers, distribution/warehouses).

Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, cutters, torches, crimpers, cordless drills, hydro-jetting equipment, etc.).

Ability to read and understand specifications, blueprints, and drawings.

Experience walking job sites and generating bids and basic pricing.

Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

: Backflow prevention certification and Med-gas license.
