Talent Corps is seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians for the expansion of an existing manufacturing facility. This project involves hands-on electrical installation work in an active construction environment. Candidates must be skilled, reliable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Job Title: Journeyman Electrician

Pay Rate: $28 - $30/HR

Start Date: May 4th 2026

Project Duration: 4 months
Location: Rural Hall, NC 27045

Key Responsibilities:

• Bend and install conduit (must understand proper bends, offsets, and installation techniques; conduit type to be confirmed)
• Pull wire through conduit systems
• Install and connect electrical panels
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Follow direction from site foreman and Assistant Project Manager (PM)
• Work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Assist with general site cleanup and construction site maintenance

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of electrical experience
• Prior experience in new construction projects such as manufacturing facilities, pharmaceutical plants, data centers, or similar environments
• Must reside within 1 hour of the job site
• Reliable transportation required
• Must have own tools
• Ability to work in a closed job site environment
• Background Check and Drug Screening required
