A leading international law firm with a strong presence across major global markets is seeking a Junior Associate (March 26 NQ+) to join its Real Estate Finance team in London. About the Role:

The Real Estate team advises prominent private equity sponsors, debt funds, distressed and special situations credit funds, and other investors on significant UK and European real estate investment and finance transactions. The work spans the full risk spectrum and includes:

  • Structuring and executing joint ventures and co-investments.
  • Direct and indirect sales and purchases.
  • Minority and majority equity investments.
  • Real estate structured finance and back-leverage transactions.
  • Real estate M&A, distressed transactions, restructurings, and development projects.

The team regularly represents leading investment firms, pension trusts, operating companies, and private investors in evaluating, negotiating, and structuring acquisitions and dispositions of performing and distressed real estate assets. The practice also covers alternative asset classes such as data centres, logistics, PBSA, and light industrial sites.

Candidate Profile:

  • NQ–2 years PQE with experience in real estate finance transactions.
  • Strong technical skills and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on complex matters and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills.
