About the Role:

A leading international law firm is looking to expand its London Real Estate Finance team. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, collaborative practice at a pivotal stage, working closely with partners who bring both investment banking and in-house experience.

You will work on a full range of commercial real estate finance matters, including lender and borrower-side transactions, data centres, and cross-border financings. The team emphasizes structured training, early responsibility, and deal ownership, making it an ideal environment for associates looking to develop a broad and high-quality skill set.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2–6 years PQE (exceptional candidates slightly outside this range will be considered)
  • Strong experience in commercial real estate finance
  • Background from Magic Circle, Silver Circle, top international or smaller specialist firms
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset; keen to take ownership of your own work
