Junior IT Infrastructure & Data Centre Support\n\n5 days on site in Sunderland \n\n£130 a day inside IR35\n\nA leading Global Professional Services firm is urgently seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst to join a major Infrastructure Operations project in Sunderland. This is a long-term contract running until at least December 2026, with a high likelihood of extension into 2027.\n\nThis role is an ideal launchpad for a recent graduate or someone looking to secure their first professional role in a large-scale industrial IT environment. You will be a key contributor to an enterprise-scale data centre management project within a major manufacturing facility.

Your primary focus will be ensuring the site's critical hardware and infrastructure remain operational through proactive support and maintenance.\n\nResponsible for the following \n\nProvide local IT support for a busy manufacturing site, resolving hardware and connectivity issues.\nManage day-to-day data centre operations, including rack management, cabling, and hardware health checks.\nPerform basic hardware repairs, upgrades, and installations.\nSupport IT infrastructure operations to ensure minimal downtime for site production.\nCollaborate with wider technical teams to assist with site-wide technology refreshes.Essential Skills\n\nA basic understanding of IT hardware and data centre environments.\nAbility to work in a 100% office-based environment.\nFlexibility to work on a shift-based rotation.\nStrong communication skills and a "can-do" attitude.\nRecent grads with a degree IT or computer science or similar 5 days on site in Sunderland | £130 a day inside IR35\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nStability: Long-term contract until Dec 2026.\nBenefits: 33 days holiday pay.\nGrowth: Practical experience in a Tier-1, large-scale industrial IT environment. \n\nIf you are ready to kickstart your IT career, please send your CV to (url removed) or apply directly.\n\nRandstad Technologies is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
