Junior Project Manager - Construction Logistics\n\nLocation: City of London \n Sector: Construction Logistics / Data Centres / Fit-Out\n Industry: Building and Construction\n Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum\n\nOverview\n\nOur client is a specialist construction logistics contractor delivering complex logistics packages for major fit-out, infrastructure, and data centre projects across the UK and Europe.\n\nDue to continued growth, they are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their London-based team and support the delivery of logistics packages on high-profile projects for Tier 1 contractors.\n\nThe Role\n\nThe Junior Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of logistics operations across multiple construction projects.\n\nWorking closely with senior project managers, site teams, and clients, you will gain exposure to large-scale developments while developing your commercial, operational, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nThe role will involve occasional European travel, typically on a fortnightly basis, supporting logistics operations on major data centre projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProject Delivery Support\n\nAssisting with the management of construction logistics packages from pre-construction through to completion\nSupporting the development of logistics plans, site strategies, and delivery programmes\nCoordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams\nMonitoring project progress and reporting on key milestones\nAssisting with resource planning and operational coordination\n\nClient & Stakeholder Liaison\n\nSupporting communication with Tier 1 contractors, consultants, and project teams\nAttending site meetings and progress reviews\nBuilding strong working relationships with clients and supply chain partners\nAssisting in resolving operational and logistical challenges\n\nCommercial & Reporting\n\nSupporting project reporting and documentation\nAssisting with programme tracking and cost control\nMaintaining project records and performance data\nMonitoring project risks and escalating issues where required\n\nSite & Operational Management\n\nVisiting project sites across London, the UK, and Europe\nSupporting the implementation of health and safety procedures\nAssisting with logistics coordination in live construction environments\nEnsuring projects are delivered in line with client requirements\n\nRequirements\n\nEssential:\n\nPrevious experience within construction, logistics, site management, engineering, or project coordination\nStrong organisational and communication skills\nGood understanding of construction site operations\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities\nProficient in Microsoft Office\nWillingness to travel within the UK and Europe\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing specialist contractor delivering logistics packages on some of the most high-profile construction and data centre projects in the UK and Europe
