Location: Ventura, CA

Pay Range: $45-$60/hour (Top performers $100,000+ annually)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (40+ hours, overtime as needed)

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, service, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
  • Work on equipment such as:
    • Rooftop units, chillers, boilers
    • Split and package systems
    • Zone control systems
  • Support preventative maintenance programs for commercial clients
  • Collaborate with a skilled team across industries like healthcare, manufacturing, and data centers

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and service skills
  • EPA Universal 608 certification
  • NATE certification is a plus
  • Solid communication and customer service skills
  • Team-oriented mindset

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
