Prime Connected is looking for experienced Lead Low Voltage Technicians who can run crews, lead projects, and represent our company with professionalism and pride on deployments in healthcare facilities and data centers.

We also support clients in mission-critical data centers, performing structured cabling, network infrastructure, and technology system installations.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated lead technicians who can:
- Supervise and guide installation crews on projects
 - Coordinate daily work plans and ensure project milestones are met
 - Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field teams
 - Deliver high-quality installations on time and within budget
 - Represent Prime Connected with professionalism and accountability
 
Qualifications
- 5+ years of structured cabling experience (Cat5e, Cat6, Fiber Optic, etc.)
 - Proven ability to lead crews and manage on-site project execution
 - Experience working in healthcare environments or data centers
 - Ability to read prints, floor plans, and cable documentation
 - Experience performing and overseeing cable pulling, termination, labeling, testing, and troubleshooting
 - Strong organizational and leadership skills
 - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
 
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel 95–100% of the time
 - COVID-19 vaccination ; other hospital-required vaccinations may apply
 - Ability to read, write, and understand English and distinguish colors
 - Must pass background and drug screening
