Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing personalized therapeutic interventions using a variety of approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

  • Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that your methods are evidence-based and tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

  • Maintaining accurate and current clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals and families from various backgrounds experiencing mental health challenges. Many clients may have limited access to mental health services, and your expertise will be essential in offering them the care and support they require. Special focus may include areas such as trauma resolution, substance misuse, and family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this position, you will need the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

  • An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Diamond Path Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000–90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload. Additional benefits include:
