Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will undertake various responsibilities that include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments with individuals, couples, and families, identifying key issues and developing tailored treatment plans to address their mental health needs.

  • Facilitating therapy sessions for couples and families, while also providing individual therapy to family members, helping them explore personal challenges within the family context.

  • Specializing in addressing a broad spectrum of concerns, including alcohol abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and the dynamics of blended families.

  • Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and tools, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and family systems therapy, to achieve optimal client outcomes.

  • Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
