Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health challenges and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver effective individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and more.
- Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
- Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately to uphold ethical standards and maintain compliance with state regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on best practices in mental health treatment.
- Facilitate teletherapy for clients facing geographical or physical barriers to accessing traditional in-person therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
The clients you will work with encompass a wide range of demographic backgrounds, and they present with various mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

- Active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
