Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients and develop effective treatment plans.

  • Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and regularly assess client progress towards these goals.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to uphold ethical standards and fulfill legal requirements.

You will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

  • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

  • Demonstrated capacity for empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach to client interactions.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage a caseload and meet administrative requirements.

  • Previous experience in outpatient therapy settings or private practice is strongly .

  • Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
