Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- An active license or certification in the state of California as either a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- A minimum of two (2) years of post-masters experience providing mental health services to individuals facing emotional challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust quickly with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
