Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the needs of patients and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to assist individuals, couples, and families.
- Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational sessions, promoting community support and shared learning experiences amongst clients.
- Collaborate with our team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to provide coordinated care tailored to each patient's unique situation.
- Offer crisis intervention services, ensuring that support is available during emergencies to manage acute mental health challenges.
- Educate patients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and additional community resources tailored to their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans while adhering to legal and ethical standards related to confidentiality and documentation.

Qualifications\n

- A relevant Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
- Demonstrated knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
- Capacity to conduct in-depth assessments and create individualized treatment plans that effectively address patients’ needs.
- Experience in providing individual and group therapy in a variety of settings is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with patients.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems to document patient information efficiently.
- An ability to collaborate thoughtfully with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
