In this role, you will utilize your clinical expertise to provide high-quality mental health care remotely from the comfort of your home. Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in maintaining work-life balance while providing compassionate care. Your working hours will typically be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; however, some flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct sensitive and thorough mental health assessments to explore patients' unique backgrounds, experiences, and needs, leading to informed and customized treatment plans.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient contexts.
  • \n

  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, systematically addressing mental health concerns to promote resilience and overall well-being.
  • \n

  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care critical for positive clinical outcomes.
  • \n

  • Effectively manage crisis situations by providing immediate intervention and support to patients in mental health emergencies.
  • \n

  • Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, corresponding treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them in their journey of recovery.
  • \n

  • Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using our electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • \n

  • Participate in ongoing professional development through case conferences and team meetings, while also contributing to cultural competency training sessions.

  • Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices to enhance service delivery and address cultural considerations in therapy.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
  • \n

  • Must hold a current and valid professional license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.
  • \n

  • Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence in therapeutic practice.
  • \n

  • Solid experience delivering individual and group therapy sessions using inclusive and culturally responsive approaches.
  • \n

  • Exceptional crisis intervention skills, remaining calm and effective under pressure.
  • \n

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with a knack for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • \n

  • Proficient in EHR systems and other relevant computer applications.
  • \n

  • Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and maintaining effective boundaries in therapeutic relationships.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
