Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate and understand the mental health needs and emotional well-being of clients.

  • Develop, implement, and adjust comprehensive individualized treatment plans in response to client assessments and progress.
  • \n

  • Facilitate various therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a person-centered approach.
  • \n

  • Track and document clients' progress meticulously, providing data for treatment plan modifications and ensuring accountability to client goals.
  • \n

  • Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges or emergencies.
  • \n

  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and secure client records in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.
  • \n

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals, to create a holistic, comprehensive care experience.

  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision opportunities to continuously improve clinical skills and knowledge of best practices.

  • Stay informed of the evolving landscape of mental health treatment methodologies and research to apply the most effective strategies in your practice.

  • Adhere to professional ethical standards as defined by relevant licensing boards and organizations throughout your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and adults who are navigating mental health challenges and substance use issues. This clientele often requires tailored therapeutic interventions, and your role will be crucial in providing the necessary support and guidance to foster positive outcomes. You will leverage your skills to facilitate peer interactions and promote a therapeutic environment that nurtures growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • \n

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
  • \n

  • Empathetic and compassionate demeanor, along with a non-judgmental approach to client care.
  • \n

  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage time effectively in a remote work setting without direct supervision.
  • \n

  • No history of disciplinary actions on any professional board.
  • \n

Experience\n

  • Prior experience in a telehealth or virtual therapy setting is highly desirable.
  • \n

  • Experience working with adolescents and adults, particularly in intensive outpatient programs or crisis intervention settings.
  • \n

  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and various therapeutic modalities.
  • \n

  • Knowledge of mental health issues prevalent in populations, such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with potential bonus opportunities.
