Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate and understand the mental health needs and emotional well-being of clients.
- Develop, implement, and adjust comprehensive individualized treatment plans in response to client assessments and progress.
- Facilitate various therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a person-centered approach.
- Track and document clients' progress meticulously, providing data for treatment plan modifications and ensuring accountability to client goals.
- Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges or emergencies.
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and secure client records in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals, to create a holistic, comprehensive care experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision opportunities to continuously improve clinical skills and knowledge of best practices.
- Stay informed of the evolving landscape of mental health treatment methodologies and research to apply the most effective strategies in your practice.
- Adhere to professional ethical standards as defined by relevant licensing boards and organizations throughout your practice.

Qualifications\n

- A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
- Empathetic and compassionate demeanor, along with a non-judgmental approach to client care.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage time effectively in a remote work setting without direct supervision.
- No history of disciplinary actions on any professional board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with potential bonus opportunities.
