Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments to gather information on clients’ mental and emotional health, followed by crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
- Actively advocate for clients by connecting them with necessary community resources, support groups, or other healthcare services to facilitate their overall well-being.
- Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies.
- Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, conducting follow-up assessments to track developments and outcomes.

- A Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a related field is required.
- Active licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California is mandatory.
