Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Possession of an active and valid California state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health therapy, particularly with a focus on geriatric populations.
- A robust understanding of geriatric mental health disorders, including knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, exhibiting empathy and a person-centered approach in therapy.
