- Extensive experience in Linux system administration, server migration, and enterprise infrastructure management, with expertise in VMware ESXi/vSphere, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, iSCSI storage networking, and LVM.
- Proven track record in planning and executing large-scale data center migrations, including P2V, V2V, and cross-site server and virtual machine migrations with minimal downtime.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, including VMware ESXi, vMotion, Storage vMotion, DRS, HA, and OpenShift Virtualization (CNV).
- Hands-on experience with iSCSI storage configuration, DM-Multipath, CHAP authentication, storage provisioning, and LVM-based migration and backup strategies.
- Proficient in infrastructure automation and scripting using Bash, Python, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices to streamline deployment and migration workflows.
- Experienced with container platforms such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker, supporting scalable and highly available enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, load balancing, VLANs, and storage network troubleshooting.
- Skilled in performance tuning, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing secure, resilient, and scalable Linux infrastructure solutions.
