About the Role
Worldwide Mission Critical is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations and internal initiatives. This role works closely with leadership, internal teams, and external marketing partners to execute marketing programs, ensure brand consistency, and facilitate the flow of information needed to support campaigns, proposals, and communications. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable providing administrative and creative support in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Marketing Coordination, Brand & Agency Support
- Support coordination between internal teams and the third-party marketing firm by collecting information, materials, and feedback
- Assist with organizing and tracking marketing requests, timelines, and deliverables
- Help ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals and brand standards
- Assist in maintaining marketing processes, templates, and brand guidelines
- Coordinate updates to marketing materials to help ensure consistency across internal and external assets
- Support internal teams with ongoing marketing and communication needs
Content Creation & Collateral
- Assist with creating, editing, and updating marketing materials, internal communications, and client-facing collateral
- Support development of content such as service brochures, case studies, presentations, and internal documents
- Help maintain an organized library of marketing assets, templates, and branded materials
- Assist with resume formatting and document standardization as needed
Digital Marketing & Website Support
- Assist with website content updates and basic site maintenance in coordination with the marketing firm
- Support social media, email campaigns, and digital content publishing
- Help track marketing performance metrics and compile basic reports
Sales & Proposal Support
- Assist sales and business development teams with proposals, presentations, and follow-up materials
- Review proposal documents for formatting, branding, and consistency
- Help track marketing-related opportunities and collateral usage
Events, Communications & Internal Coordination
- Assist with planning and coordination for industry conferences, client meetings, and internal company events
- Support internal communications, meeting materials, and company-wide update
- Help coordinate logistics related to marketing initiatives, including scheduling, material preparation, and vendor communication
- Assist with managing branded materials and promotional items
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role (internships count)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with marketing and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and social platforms
- Basic graphic design skills with attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn
- Able to manage multiple tasks with guidance and support
- Proactive, dependable, and comfortable supporting a growing organization
