About the Role
As an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Tate’s priority accounts by delivering targeted, account-specific marketing programs that strengthen relationships, improve engagement, and support revenue growth.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution rather than people management. You’ll work closely with commercial, marketing, and internal stakeholders to understand account priorities and translate them into relevant campaigns, content, and experiences across the customer lifecycle.
You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, account-led environment, enjoy working closely with commercial teams, and be motivated by delivering practical, measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
Account-Based Marketing Delivery
- Support the development and execution of ABM plans for priority and growth accounts
- Deliver targeted, multi-channel campaigns including email, digital, content, events, and direct sales enablement
- Tailor messaging and content to specific accounts, buying groups, and stages in the customer journey
- Maintain clear alignment between marketing activity and account goals
Sales & Account Alignment
- Work closely with sales teams to support account plans, pipeline priorities, and engagement opportunities
- Create and adapt account-specific marketing assets such as presentations, case studies, capability decks, and campaign materials
- Support account reviews with insights on engagement, activity, and performance
Campaign Execution & Enablement
- Coordinate delivery of ABM campaigns across internal teams and external partners
- Support account-led events, customer visits, and targeted activations in collaboration with Events & Experience colleagues
- Ensure consistent brand application and professional execution across all account-focused activities
Insights & Reporting
- Track account engagement, campaign performance, and pipeline influence
- Maintain account-level reporting to support continuous improvement
- Use data and feedback to refine targeting, messaging, and activity over time
Additional Expectations
- Adhere to Tate’s Code of Conduct and Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
- Ensure compliance with product regulations and the Compliance Management System.
- Raise any concerns related to compliance through the appropriate channels.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably supporting key accounts or targeted campaigns
- Experience working closely with sales teams in an account-led or ABM-style environment
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear, confident communication skills and comfort working with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to interpret campaign and account data to inform decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce, marketing automation tools)
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with a collaborative and adaptable approach
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support account engagement and events

- Pay range: $70,000 USD to $80,000 USD. This role is eligible for a 7.5% discretionary bonus.
