This role requires you onsite, in Indianapolis for the first 3-4 weeks then as needed once up & running.

About the Role

A global consultancy is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead the design and construction projects across multiple states. You’ll manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, building and maintaining cost- and resource-loaded schedules, performing delay and impact analyses, and ensuring projects stay on track.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain master development and baseline schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project, ASTA).
  • Track progress, analyze schedule changes, and prepare monthly reports and narratives.
  • Perform time impact analyses (TIAs) for change orders and delay claims.
  • Collaborate with project managers, owners, and subcontractors to identify risks and recovery options.
  • Create schedule dashboards and contribute to continuous improvement across projects.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Scheduler or Project Controls Manager in construction (data center experience a plus).
  • Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other scheduling tools.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and client service skills.
