M&E PACKAGE MANAGER - MAJOR PROJECTS\n\nLondon\n£85,000 - £100,000 + Package + Bonus + Benefits\n\nJoin a leading international construction business delivering some of the UK's most complex and high-profile projects.\n\nDue to continued growth and a strong project pipeline across London, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Package Manager to join the team and support the delivery of major Mechanical & Electrical packages across large-scale developments.\n\nThis role will play a key part in managing package delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring programme, quality, safety and commercial objectives are achieved.\n\nThe Role\n\nReporting into the Project Lead / Senior M&E Leadership team, you will take ownership of specific M&E packages whilst coordinating with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nManaging Mechanical & Electrical packages through all phases of project delivery\nSupporting package activities from design coordination through installation, commissioning and handover\nManaging M&E subcontractors and specialist supply chain partners\nDriving programme milestones and ensuring package delivery targets are achieved\nMonitoring quality, safety and compliance across package works\nCoordinating technical information, design reviews and procurement activities\nManaging interfaces between M&E works and wider construction activities\nSupporting project reporting, programme tracking and risk management processes\nOverseeing testing, commissioning and handover activities\nWorking closely with Project Leads, Construction teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery\n\nRequirements\n\nExperience operating as an M&E Package Manager / Building Services Manager / MEP Manager / Senior Project Engineer within major projects\nStrong Mechanical & Electrical background delivering large-scale commercial, data centre, healthcare, mixed-use or infrastructure projects\nExperience managing M&E subcontractors and package delivery activities\nStrong understanding of MEP systems, installation methodologies and commissioning processes\nAbility to coordinate multiple stakeholders across design and construction phases\nStrong communication and project coordination skills\nRelevant Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services qualifications \n\nPackage\n\n£85,000 - £100,000 basic salary\nBenefit scheme \nEnhanced annual leave\nPension contribution\nOpportunity to work on flagship London projects\nLong-term progression and development opportunities\nFor more information please contact Mitchell Rogers on (phone number removed)\n\n--- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of , , , belief, , sexuality or .
