PROJECT LEAD - M&E (MAJOR PROJECTS)\n\nLondon\n£120,000+ + Package + Bonus + Benefits\n\nJoin a leading international construction business delivering some of the UK's most complex and high-profile projects.\n\nWith a strong pipeline of major developments across London, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Lead - M&E to join the team and take ownership of Mechanical & Electrical delivery across large-scale, technically challenging schemes.\n\nThis is a senior leadership role responsible for leading the M&E function from pre-construction through to project completion, ensuring programme, quality, commercial and client objectives are achieved whilst managing high-performing delivery teams.\n\nThe Role\n\nReporting directly to the Project Director, you will lead all M&E delivery activities across major projects, acting as the key interface between project delivery teams, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nLeading all Mechanical & Electrical project delivery activities across major schemes\nManaging M&E teams across pre-construction, design, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover phases\nDriving programme, quality, safety and commercial performance targets across M&E packages\nCoordinating with construction, engineering and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery\nManaging M&E subcontractors, consultants and supply chain partners\nLeading project planning, sequencing and delivery strategies for all MEP works\nOverseeing technical delivery, commissioning and integrated systems handover processes\nSupporting risk management and mitigation strategies across M&E delivery phases\nProviding leadership and direction to M&E Managers, Package Managers and delivery teams\nDriving a culture focused on safety, collaboration, quality and operational excellence\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience operating at Project Lead / Senior M&E Project Manager / MEP Lead / Project Director level within major projects\nStrong Mechanical & Electrical background delivering large-scale projects (£100m+) within commercial, data centre, healthcare, infrastructure, mixed-use or similar environments\nExperience managing full M&E lifecycle delivery from design through commissioning and handover\nStrong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes and project controls\nExcellent client-facing and stakeholder management capability\nProven track record leading large delivery teams and complex M&E packages\nDegree or relevant qualifications within Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related discipline \n\nPackage\n\n£120,000+ basic salary\nBenefits package\nEnhanced annual leave\nPension contribution\nOpportunity to work on flagship London projects\nLong-term progression within a growing project portfolio\nFor more information please contact Mitchell Rogers on (phone number removed)\n\n--- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of , , , belief, , sexuality or .
