A well-established mechanical contractor with a strong track record of delivering complex packages across residential, data centre, and commercial developments is looking to appoint a Mechanical Construction Manager for a project in Central London.

The company is known for running well-organised sites and expects high standards in return.

Role

You will take responsibility for managing the day-to-day site delivery of the mechanical package, coordinating labour and subcontractors, driving programme, and ensuring quality and safety targets are met.

Key Duties

Oversee mechanical installation works on site

*

Manage and coordinate supervisors, operatives, and subcontractors

*

Monitor progress against programme and report to the Project Manager

*

Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings and specifications

*

Maintain high standards of health & safety

*

Manage inspections, snagging, and readiness for commissioning

Essential Experience

To be considered, candidates must have strong, proven experience in:

Pipework installations

*

Cooling systems

*

Heating systems

*

Plumbing
