MEP BIM Technician

Location: Edenbridge, Kent (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

An established building services consultancy is seeking an MEP BIM Technician to join its Edenbridge office. The role involves working on a range of commercial and data centre projects, supporting the design and coordination of MEP systems using Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce and maintain accurate MEP BIM models and drawings.

Coordinate with engineers and other design disciplines.

Assist in maintaining BIM standards and workflows.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in an MEP BIM or CAD role.

Proficient in Autodesk Revit.

Experience in commercial or data centre projects .
