MEP Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Managers specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to oversee complex construction projects. While mission-critical or data center experience is a plus, we welcome experienced MEP Construction Managers from heavy industrial, telecommunications, or critical infrastructure backgrounds who excel at managing high-density HVAC systems and complex electrical distributions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Leadership: Enforce strict jobsite safety standards, compliance with OSHA regulations, and site-specific safety protocols across all sub-contractors.
  • MEP Oversite: Drive the planning, execution, and quality control of heavy mechanical, electrical, and HVAC installations from pre-construction through testing and commissioning.
  • Field Management: Manage trade partners, resolve real-time site conflicts, track schedule milestones, and handle on-site technical issues proactively.
  • Technical Quality Assurance: Ensure all mechanical cooling systems (chillers, CRAC/CRAH units) and electrical distribution networks meet exact engineering specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record as a Construction Manager or MEP Superintendent leading complex mechanical/electrical trades. Experience in telecommunications infrastructure, industrial MEP, or mission-critical builds is strongly .
  • Focus Areas: Deep technical working knowledge of heavy HVAC systems, mechanical cooling infrastructure, and commercial/industrial electrical distribution.
  • Safety Certification: OSHA 30 Certification required (Must be active or obtained prior to start date).
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong leadership skills with a track record of real-time decision-making and troubleshooting under tight operational timelines.
