MEP Project Director\n\nSouth of England\n\n£120,000 - £125,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Excellent Benefits\n\n300 North are partnering with a leading M&E contractor to recruit an experienced MEP Project Director to lead the delivery of a landmark £40m MEP package on a major leisure development in the South of England.\n\nThis is a high-profile appointment requiring a proven leader capable of taking full responsibility for the operational, commercial and technical delivery of a complex project from construction through to commissioning and handover.\n\nThe Role\n\nReporting to the Regional Director, you will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a £40m MEP package, leading multi-disciplinary project teams and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.\n\nKey responsibilities will include:\n\nFull accountability for the delivery of a £40m MEP package.\nLeadership of Project Managers, Construction Managers, Commercial and Engineering teams.\nClient and stakeholder management at Director level.\nProgramme management and project governance.\nCommercial oversight, cost control and risk management.\nSupply chain and subcontractor management.\nDriving health, safety and quality performance across the project.\nLeading commissioning, testing and handover activities.\nSupporting business growth through maintaining strong client relationships.\nAbout You\n\nWe are keen to speak with experienced MEP leaders who can demonstrate:\n\nPrevious experience delivering large-scale MEP projects valued between £20m - £50m+.\nExperience as an MEP Project Director, Operations Director, Senior Project Manager or Project Lead.\nStrong technical understanding across Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health disciplines.\nExcellent commercial awareness with NEC and JCT contract experience.\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills.\nA track record of delivering complex projects safely and profitably.\nExperience within major leisure, commercial, healthcare, data centre or large-scale mixed-use developments would be highly advantageous.\n\nPackage\n\n£120,000 - £130,000 Basic Salary\nCar Allowance\nAnnual Bonus\nPrivate Healthcare\nEnhanced Pension\n25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays\nLife Assurance\nOngoing Professional Development\nThis represents an outstanding opportunity to join a market-leading contractor and play a key role in the delivery of one of the region's most significant construction projects.\n\nFor a confidential discussion, please contact Joe Firth at 300 North
