Project Director (MEP) – Data Centre | £120k–£140k + Package

I’m currently supporting a leading Tier 1 contractor in their search for an experienced Project Director (MEP) to join a growing Data Centre division.

This is a key leadership role on a major data centre project, taking full ownership from pre-construction through to delivery and handover.

The Role

• Lead the full lifecycle of a flagship data centre project (MEP)
• Oversee pre-construction, design management, and delivery phases
• Drive programme, quality, and commercial performance
• Manage internal teams and external supply chain partners
• Ensure smooth coordination across all project stakeholders

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience operating at Project Director / Senior MEP Lead level
• Strong data centre or mission-critical project background
• Experience working with Tier 1 contractors or leading MEP specialists
• Track record delivering large-scale, complex projects
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
