Walker & Sloan are working with a specialist contractor delivering high-tech projects across the UK and Europe. With a strong pipeline of data centre schemes, they are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to join their London-based team.

The role

Manage all MEP aspects of large-scale projects

Coordinate design, procurement & installation of building services

Ensure compliance with programme, cost & quality targets

*

Work closely with clients & consultants to ensure successful delivery

*

Lead subcontractor and site teams to meet project milestones

You

Proven track record as an MEP Project Manager on complex builds

*

Strong technical understanding of mechanical & electrical systems

*

Experience in mission-critical or data centre environments desirable

*

Excellent leadership & client-facing skills
