Operations Billing Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Billing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will help manage the billing lifecycle, including customer setup, invoice processing, discrepancy resolution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Sales, Accounting, Operations, vendors and customers to ensure accurate billing, clean data, and timely resolution of billing and shipping issues.
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, credits, and billing errors
  • Prepare reports and support month-end close
  • Respond to internal and customer billing inquiries
  • Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar billing/accounting systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well with multiple departments
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Prior billing, accounting, sales operations, or finance experience
