Position: Operations Manager

Location: Washington DC

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or Equivalent Experience.

Clearance:  Must be a US .  Active Top-Secret Clearance Required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage Enterprise Level 3 O&M engineering supporting NetApp and VMware virtualization environments.
• +5 years of previous project, product, engineering, or team management.
• Establish, document, and implement enterprise-wide data center operations and administration policies, procedures, and standard tools to be used by all IT service providers for providing and maintaining a stable IT infrastructure capable of providing IT Service delivery.
• Report directly to the Contractor Project Manager on all activities and act as a Deputy Project Manager.
• Experience mentoring employees, hiring and team-building, and budget management.
• Senior system administrator skills.
