Order Coordinator (In-Office)

HVAC Equipment Sales Order Coordination. You will be responsible for order placement/management and logistic. Possess the initiative and ability to learn industry products and services to take on new responsibilities and improve existing processes.
Minimum Job Qualifications:

• A customer service oriented personality
• HS Diploma or GED , job experience in leui of education
• Customer Service skills
• (not required) - 1+ years of experience in HVAC industry or equivalent training/knowledge

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Skills and demonstrated experience in multiple desktop applications (Word, Excel, Adobe).
• Phone Skills
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Smartsheet, Jobs List, and CPQ experience , not require

Job Responsibilities and Job Expectations

• Place customer orders
• Maintain a constant flow of communication between the Sales Associate and Customer on order status
• Issue Vendor POs, and submit invoice to Accounting
• Order/Project Management and Logistics
• Work with Accounting on Credit Checks for new customers and setting up new customers/vendors
• Work with Parts Department on Non-Vertiv parts/equipment orders
• Stay up-to-date with Vertiv communications/training
• Maintain detailed order and job file notes
• Work with Vertiv on equipment returns
• Navigate Mis-shipments
• Participate in team and company meetings, as well as certain customer required meetings (if applicable)
• Maintain a professional courteous work environment
• Assist with Vertiv commission worksheet
• if applicable - Update customer forms/sites on order progress.
• Be a team player
• Other duties as assigned
