What You’ll Be Doing
- Hunt and close net-new business-this is a true hunter role
- Build relationships with project owners & managers across data centers and construction
- Manage a flexible sales cycle
Compensation & Earning Potential
- Target total compensation: $150K-$200K+
- Strong earning potential
Territory & Travel
- Hybrid role based in San Antonio / Austin (SATX/ATX)
- 2–3 days/week in-office for collaboration
- Heavy local field time
- Minimal overnight travel
- Flexibility to pursue opportunities beyond your core territory
