What You’ll Be Doing

  • Hunt and close net-new business-this is a true hunter role
  • Build relationships with project owners & managers across data centers and construction
  • Manage a flexible sales cycle

Compensation & Earning Potential

  • Target total compensation: $150K-$200K+
  • Strong earning potential

Territory & Travel

  • Hybrid role based in San Antonio / Austin (SATX/ATX)
  • 2–3 days/week in-office for collaboration
  • Heavy local field time
  • Minimal overnight travel
  • Flexibility to pursue opportunities beyond your core territory
