Craftsmen Contractors is hiring for the following positions for the Minden, La. area: experienced Paint Techs or Auto Body Painters, experienced Assembly Techs with carpentry experience, experienced Cleaning Attendants, experienced Mechanical Techs & experienced Precast Techs. These are all full-time temp-to-permanent positions for the right candidates. This is for an industrial plant that helps build modules using steel structures and telecommunications skids for data centers for the industrial, utility, and fiber markets. The work schedule is for day shifts from Monday through Friday and possibly every other Saturday.

The pay rate is $15.40 - $24.31/hour, depending on experience, for all of the positions mentioned above except for the Paint Techs/Auto Body Painters, who are paid $13 - $28.60/hour, depending on experience.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Some previous work experience in the position you are applying for
• Face-to-face interview before being hired.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
