Part 2 Architectural Assistant \n\nBirmingham \n\n£25,000 - £35,000\n\nAztrum are excited to announce that we will be partnering with a well-established Architectural practice, based in Birmingham. My client is looking to appoint a motivated and performance driven Part 2 Architectural Assistant to support the forefront of the Data Centre team.\n\n Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:\n\n• Support the design and execution of Data Centre focussed projects\n\n• Assist in assembling detailed and well-structured planning application submissions\n\n• Prepare high-quality drawings, layouts, and visuals to clearly convey design concepts\n\n• Collaborate with architects and planning consultants to ensure timely project delivery\n\n• Create innovative, context-sensitive design proposals that align with client goals\n\n• Working directly with the practice’s Technical Director\n\nKey Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role: \n\n• Proficient in Revit experience.\n\n• Data Centre / Site feasibility experience desired\n\n• RIBA stage 2-3 experience\n\n• Experience working on commercial and/or industrial projects (data centre exposure highly desirable)\n\n• Strong technical detailing ability with a good understanding of construction methods and building regulations\n\nTo express interest, please send your CV to Harley on (url removed) or alternatively you can contact him on 0 for more information
