The RoleInfinium Operations Texas, LLC is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Entry-Level Parts Runner / Laborer to support daily operations on an active construction site in Pecos, Texas.
This position plays a critical support role in ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are transported safely and efficiently throughout the facility and to offsite locations as required. The Parts Runner / Laborer will also assist skilled trades and construction personnel as needed.
While the job site is currently a non-operating facility, active construction work, temporary power, heavy equipment movement, and other job-site hazards are present. Strict adherence to safety protocols is essential.

What You’ll Do
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment across the construction site and to offsite locations as required
- Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner (if assigned)
- Assist craft personnel and skilled trades with general labor support
- Load, unload, and organize materials and supplies
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe site operations
- Support inventory tracking and material staging activities
- Follow all site-specific safety requirements, including PPE, traffic control, and hazard awareness
- Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or near-misses immediately
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned to support project needs
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices , but not required
- Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment at all times
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying temperatures
- Exposure to active construction environments, temporary power systems, and heavy equipment operations
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
