Job Title: Pipefitter Foreman
Location: Chesterfield and Henrico, VA
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Pipefitter Foreman to lead and coordinate activities on commercial and industrial job sites in the Richmond, VA area for a Data Center project. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, safety awareness, and the ability to manage crews while keeping projects on schedule and within scope.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead mechanical construction crews (HVAC, piping, plumbing, or related systems)
• Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
• Enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Track labor, materials, and equipment usage
• Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and productivity
• Assist with inspections, troubleshooting, and problem resolution

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of verifiable experience in a commercial or industrial Pipe Fitting role is required
• Previous foreman or lead experience
• Currently owns a personal set of tools required for the trade
• Journeyman license is required, Master’s is
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction methods
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical plans
• Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• OSHA 30
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Must pass a back ground and drug screen
• Bilingual
