This position will be based on-site in Blyth, Northumberland.ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Programme ManagementLead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the master project programme, ensuring alignment with contractual milestones, phasing strategies, and delivery objectivesSchedule Monitoring & ReportingManage project progress tracking, producing accurate and timely reports, including critical path analysis, float management, and performance metrics to support informed decision-makingCross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with construction, engineering, and commercial teams to integrate all workstreams into the programme, ensuring sequencing, dependencies, and resource planning are effectively managedTeam Leadership & Planning GovernanceOversee and mentor planning engineers, ensuring consistency in planning standards, programme controls, and adherence to best practices across all project packagesClient & Stakeholder InterfaceEngage with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to communicate programme expectations, manage changes, and ensure alignment with key milestones and project delivery requirementsRequirementsMust have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades backgroundMust have 8+ years experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects including Data CentresMust be based within a commutable distance of BlythBenefits£80,000 - £100,000 + PackageTPBN1_UKTJ
